Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Lead technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and follow state and local building codes
- Assemble and install plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or relevant apprenticeship
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of pipe threading techniques
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
