This energetic role offers the chance to work on a variety of residential plumbing projects, including new installations and remodeling. Duties Install residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely according to specifications and local building codes Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems during renovation projects, including pipe replacement and system upgrades Use welding techniques when necessary for pipe joining or repairs requiring mechanical strength Assist on construction sites with heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols Experience 10-15 years construction experience with residential plumbing projects is essential; familiarity with commercial plumbing is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential plumbing systems Hands-on experience interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans for accurate project execution Mechanical aptitude with understanding water systems, drainage solutions, and plumbing system maintenance and repair Previous experience with remodeling or handyman tasks involving plumbing components is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working on construction sites or during installation tasks Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, flow rates, or material quantities Experience operating company vehicles responsibly in compliance with safety standards Join us as a Residential Plumber where your skills will make a real difference!
