Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Leak Detection Plumber to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee complex leak detection projects, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on residential, insurance claims and property management jobs. Your expertise in plumbing systems, construction techniques, and mechanical knowledge will drive successful project outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and technical proficiency in a company, focused on delivering the best customer experience possible Responsibilities Find the cause and duration of water damage from multiple sources Locate water and sewer leaks underground with precision equipment Communicate clearly with customers and help them understand the issue and solutions Create accurate service reports, job notes, and documentation after each appointment Work independently in the field while staying connected with our support team Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean and working condition Deliver a professional, friendly, and informative service experience to every customer Access and work within attics, crawl spaces, and other tight or elevated areas as needed Re-routes, re-pipes, sewer line repairs, drain line repairs, etc. Requirements 5+ years' experience in residential plumbing and leak detection Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot slab leaks, sewer line breaks, and other causes of water damage Experience using leak detection equipment such as Goldak, sewer camera, moisture gauges, pex tools , etc. Strong Work Ethic Reliable, punctual, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Can and willing to pass a drug screening Why Work With Us Family-Owned, supportive work environment Competitive pay with room for growth Work that is hands-on, problem-solving focuse, and different everyday Opportunity to represent a respected long time leak detection company serving
