Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on a residential project located in the Inland Empire. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs effectively Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future problems Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing installations and modifications Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including water systems, fixtures, and piping networks Collaborate with construction teams and contractors during remodeling or new construction projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing components Qualifications Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local licensing requirements fulfilled Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing projects Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and pipe threading techniques Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding building codes Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and plumbing-specific machinery safely Knowledge of remodeling processes and handyman skills beneficial for versatile project support Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Physical capability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-quality plumbing solutions!
