In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on a residential project located in the Inland Empire. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage pipes, and fixtures in residential buildings Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to diagnose issues within pipes and systems Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to ensure unobstructed flow within plumbing infrastructure Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices during every project Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services related to plumbing and water system upgrades Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion while maintaining a safe work environment Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and system maintenance procedures Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate project execution Experience with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing hidden pipe issues effectively Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and drain cleaning tools Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing standards and safety requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling materials or equipment on construction sites Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients during service calls or remodels Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately and calculating pipe lengths or system capacities Hands-on experience with remodeling projects involving plumbing upgrades or renovations Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly Join our team if you're ready to bring your construction plumbing expertise into a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
