What You'll Do Diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing issues. Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations. Install and service water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, water lines, drain systems, sewer repairs, and gas lines. Perform drain cleaning and sewer camera inspections. Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers. Document work with photos and detailed notes. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience. Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work. Has excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Communicates professionally with customers and teammates. Is dependable, accountable, and self-motivated. Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team. Is coachable and always looking to improve. Has a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
