What We Offer Competitive pay up to $35/hour, based on experience Performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick time Paid holidays Company truck provided Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for advancement Stable, full-time employment Supportive, professional, small-team environment What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues Install, repair, and service plumbing fixtures and equipment Install and service tank, tankless, and heat pump water heaters Troubleshoot leaks, drains, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing systems Perform drain cleaning and general plumbing service work Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow company procedures and safety requirements Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience required Strong plumbing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes and businesses Dependable, responsible, and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing work Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Additional Qualifications Valid California Driver's License with a good driving history Ability to pass a background check and drug test Comfortable driving and maintaining a company service vehicle Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members Preferred Experience Experience with: Residential service plumbing Tank water heater installation and repair Tankless water heater installation and service Heat pump water heaters Drain cleaning Faucet, toilet, and fixture installation Leak diagnosis and repair General plumbing troubleshooting and repairs Why Polis Plumbing?
