We are seeking a Plumber for the Multifamily Division to join our team! This position requires working in person, with a standard schedule M-F from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The schedule is subject to change with the approval of direct supervisor. You will work on diverse projects, ensuring the highest standards of plumbing installation and maintenance. Responsibilities:
Install and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential buildings. Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of plumbing installations in line with project timelines. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues such as leaks or clogs. Install fixtures, appliances, and plumbing systems in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas requiring plumbing. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards. Work with project managers and other trades to coordinate plumbing work and address any plumbing-related issues. Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior plumbers. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently to mitigate damage and restore service. Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Position Requirements Qualifications:
