Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment effectively during installations and repairs Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations while completing plumbing tasks Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or rerouting existing systems Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan Heavy lifting of pipes, fixtures, and equipment as needed on construction sites or during installations Skills Construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in both residential and commercial environments Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications Experience with drain cleaning equipment and techniques for clearing clogs effectively Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and system maintenance Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Familiarity with local building codes governing plumbing installations and repairs Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed Knowledge of remodeling processes involving plumbing modifications or upgrades Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces on construction sites Handyman experience or general construction site experience is a plus for versatile project support Join our team as a Plumber Technician if you're eager to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
