Why This Role Stands Out Be the go-to expert for customers in their homes Earn more with performance-based opportunities Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Join a stable, growing company with real advancement opportunities What You'll Do Diagnose & Repair Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems (fixtures, water heaters, piping, etc.) Identify root causes and provide long-term solutions—not just quick fixes Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions Build trust through professionalism and quality work Provide options and recommendations that meet customer needs Drive Results Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, or system upgrades Contribute to revenue goals through efficient, solution-based service Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal callbacks Stay Organized & Efficient Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area Use company-provided technology to manage jobs and updates What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential plumbing/service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Valid California Driver's License Bonus Points If You Have Experience with water heaters (tank & tankless) Knowledge of local plumbing codes Experience in service-based plumbing sales Drain cleaning or sewer experience Compensation & Benefits $20
