Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service & Repair Plumber capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties. This is a service-focused role , not new construction. You must be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and documenting work professionally. Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues in commercial buildings Repair leaks, valves, fixtures, water heaters, drains, piping Perform troubleshooting and system inspections Communicate findings clearly to office and customers Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities Complete electronic service reports with photos Maintain professional appearance and customer service attitude Requirements 5+ years plumbing service experience Strong troubleshooting ability Experience in commercial environments preferred Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to use mobile service software Professional communication skillsAt least 5 year's experience Must have a clean driver's license record or minimal points Must have knowledge in running sewer cleaning equipment Eligibal work to work in the USA Must be computer literate
