This is a great opportunity for someone with some prior plumbing or construction experience who wants hands-on, one-on-one mentorship from a licensed plumber with over 10 years of experience. You'll gain exposure to all types of plumbing work — residential and commercial, new construction and service — and learn what it takes to succeed in the field.

What I'm Looking For:

Someone who is extremely motivated and eager to learn and grow with the company Strong desire in pursuing a long-term plumbing career Flexible schedule — work will start part-time depending on the job load, with the goal of moving to full-time as we grow Someone local to Huntington Beach or nearby areas Professional, dependable, and able to communicate well with customers Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be comfortable driving around a large work truck. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, etc. Basic experience with tools and job site safety Willingness to take direction and learn from hands-on experience Able to represent the company well in customers' homes and job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months experience in plumbing, construction, or a related trade Familiar with basic plumbing tools and systems
