• A team-first culture where your growth truly matters Your Role As an apprentice, you'll ride along with our lead plumbers on residential service and repair calls. You'll be learning every step of the way—this is a hands-on position, not a desk job.
• Assist lead plumbers on residential service, repair, and installation jobs
• Observe and participate in diagnosing plumbing issues for homeowners
• Help with material handling, job prep, and keeping the work van stocked and organized
• Learn to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, crawling under houses, and working in attics
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the Wish Granted brand with pride
• Assist with accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with the office team
• Always deliver 5-star service—because that's our standard! What We're Looking For
• Some exposure to the trades — trade school, vocational training, or prior experience as a helper is a plus
• A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the demands of the job (lifting, confined spaces, attic and crawl space work)
• A clean driving record — you'll be riding in a company vehicle
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
• Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset A Day in the

Life Morning:

Report to the shop, load up the van with your lead plumber, and review the day's schedule with the team. In the

Field:

Ride along to residential service calls, assist with repairs and installations, and soak in everything you can from our experienced technicians.

Supply Runs:

Help pick up materials from the supply house as needed to keep jobs moving.

End of Day:
