We're looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Technician who takes pride in doing excellent work, communicates well with customers, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values both its customers and its technicians. We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to run as many calls as possible. We want a plumber who can walk into a customer's home, diagnose the problem correctly, explain their options clearly, perform quality work, and leave the customer feeling confident that they called the right company. That's the Elevation Way. What You'll Do As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll run residential service calls throughout our Orange County service area. You'll diagnose plumbing problems, present appropriate repair and replacement options, complete approved work, document the job properly, and provide an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. Typical work may include water heaters and tankless systems, toilets and faucets, garbage disposals, water pressure and PRVs, leak diagnosis and repair, water and gas piping, drain cleaning and troubleshooting, water treatment equipment, fixture installation, and other residential plumbing repairs and upgrades. Has residential plumbing/service experience Can diagnose plumbing problems independently Takes pride in workmanship and clean installations Communicates clearly and professionally with homeowners Can explain options without high-pressure sales tactics Understands that recommendations should be in the customer's best interest Is comfortable presenting repair and replacement options Keeps a clean and organized work vehicle Treats customers' homes with respect Shows up on time and follows through Works well independently Wants to continue learning and improving Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record California plumbing experience is strongly preferred.
