We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician specializing in drain clearing to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a technician who is not only highly skilled with drain equipment and plumbing diagnostics, but also has strong sales skills and the ability to turn service calls into solutions for our customers. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial drain clearing and sewer line services Operate drain machines, hydro-jetters, sewer cameras, and other plumbing equipment Diagnose drainage and plumbing issues and clearly explain findings to customers Recommend appropriate repair and replacement solutions based on your findings Present estimates and confidently close plumbing and drain-service opportunities Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service Document work performed and communicate clearly with the office What We're Looking For Experienced plumbing/drain technician Strong knowledge of residential drain systems and sewer lines Experience with snaking, cabling, hydro-jetting, and sewer camera inspections Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Strong sales and closing skills Confident communicating pricing, options, and recommendations to homeowners Self-motivated and driven to earn based on performance Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage your own service calls Commission-Based Pay This is a performance-driven position.
