What You'll Do:

✔ Diagnose & Repair Plumbing Issues

• Accurately identify problems and complete high-quality repairs & installations ✔ Educate & Assist Customers
• Provide expert recommendations and offer additional services to enhance system performance ✔ Follow Safety & Code Regulations
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes ✔ Maintain Detailed Documentation
• Complete job records, update our CRM, and track parts usage ✔ Collaborate with the Team
• Attend training sessions, assist team members, and contribute to a positive work culture

What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:

✔ Plumbing Experience

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred ✔ Customer-Focused Attitude
• Strong communication and ability to educate homeowners on plumbing solutions ✔ Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with precision ✔ Valid Driver's License & Clean Record
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle ✔ Ability to Work On-Call Rotations
