Job Description
Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, drains, and piping. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems. Accurately troubleshoot issues and provide clear explanations and repair options to customers. Install and service tankless and traditional water heaters, water softeners, and filtration systems. Utilize proper tools, equipment, and techniques to ensure high-quality workmanship. Adhere to all local plumbing codes, company policies, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized work environment, both on job sites and in company vehicles. Provide outstanding customer service, building trust and confidence with homeowners. Complete job documentation, invoices, and service reports accurately and on time.
