In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate is confident in presenting repair and replacement options, educating customers, and successfully selling recommended plumbing services with honesty and integrity. Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations on a variety of water systems, including residential and commercial properties. Be available to work overtime, occasional weekends as business demands require, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency service. Diagnose plumbing issues, provide clear repair and replacement options, prepare estimates, and confidently sell recommended plumbing services while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning equipment, hydro jetting equipment, and other specialized plumbing tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate job notes, photos, estimates, and invoices using our field service software. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow. Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies for on-site visits. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of plumbing work. Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues proactively and recommend appropriate solutions. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining a focus on safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to explain work performed, provide maintenance tips, and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience Minimum 3-5 years of residential and commercial service plumbing experience. Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and confidently present repair and replacement options to customers. Proven ability to build trust with customers and successfully sell recommended plumbing services with honesty and integrity. Experience installing, repairing, and servicing water heaters, sewer lines, drain systems, water lines, fixtures, and plumbing systems. Experience using plumbing inspection cameras, drain machines, and hydro jetting equipment is preferred. Strong knowledge of California plumbing codes and safety practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments.
