Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support within our pest control office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or managing a pest control environment, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient communication, and effective office management. This role is essential in maintaining a professional, productive, and welcoming office atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with staff and clients, and handling correspondence. Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist in managing pest control service schedules, customer inquiries, and service reports. Maintain inventory of office supplies and pest control materials, placing orders as needed. Support the onboarding of new staff members and coordinate training sessions related to pest control procedures. Ensure compliance with safety protocols specific to pest control operations and office safety standards. Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing related to pest control services. Contribute to creating a professional and organized work environment that promotes efficiency and excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience working in or managing a pest control office is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a dynamic work environment.
