Plumbing Service Technician / Sales Technician The Plumber Man, Inc. — Oceanside, CA "Your emergency is our mission." The Plumber Man, Inc. is growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled plumbing technician who can diagnose, repair, communicate, and provide customers with real solutions confidently. We're not looking for someone who just "gets by." We want a technician who takes pride in their work, cares about customer experience, and wants to be part of building something bigger long term. At The Plumber Man, plumbing is more than fixing pipes — it's helping people during stressful situations and being someone customers trust inside their homes. We've built a brand customers genuinely remember. We even hand out superhero capes to customers, kids, pets, and families because we believe service professionals should actually make people smile. If you're hungry, motivated, and want to grow with a company that's building a strong reputation fast, we'd love to talk. Pay $25-$30/hour (based on experience) PLUS 10% commission on completed jobs Most full-time technicians earn around $8,000-$10,000+ per month. Top-performing technicians with strong diagnostic & installation skills can earn $20,000+/month.
