Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Tech for a full-time direct hire opportunity serving residential customers throughout Ontario, CA, the Inland Empire, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates confidently with homeowners, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience. Candidates who are confident discussing repairs, presenting pricing, and building trust with customers will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, service work, and installations.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Communicate professionally with customers by phone, text, and in person regarding appointments, pricing, job status, and service options.
  • Present pricing clearly, build customer trust, and confidently close service opportunities.
  • Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle while traveling throughout assigned service areas.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, dependable schedule, and customer-focused attitude during regular, weekend, holiday, and peak service periods. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range provided: $24 to $30 per year.
  • Competitive base compensation plus commission based on jobs.
  • Company truck provided.
  • Full-time schedule.
  • Weekend availability and schedule flexibility required.
