- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools or machines
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job
- Proficiency in pipe threading and installation
