Plumbing TechnicianOverview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in plumbing systems and hands-on experience in both residential and commercial environments. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing plumbing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures Install plumbing systems and components according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Perform plumbing work for remodeling and renovation projects Safely operate power tools and equipment for installation and repair tasks Collaborate with contractors, team members, and other trades to ensure efficient project completion Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs Follow all safety protocols and comply with local codes and regulations Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues and recommended solutions to clients Qualifications Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience with residential or commercial plumbing (remodeling/renovation experience preferred) Strong knowledge of power tools and safe operating practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid plumbing license or applicable certifications (as required by local regulations) Why Join Us? 401(k) with 4% company match Company truck and fuel card Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and advancement
