Service Plumber Urban Design is looking for an experienced, dependable Service Plumber to join our team. This position is focused on residential and light commercial plumbing service, troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, diagnosing plumbing problems, presenting repair options to customers, and completing quality work efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing problems Perform service and repair work on water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, drains, water lines, gas piping, and related plumbing systems Perform water heater maintenance, repair, and replacement Identify additional plumbing concerns while onsite and clearly communicate available repair or replacement options Provide customers with accurate explanations of problems, recommended solutions, and pricing Complete repairs in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and company standards Maintain accurate job notes, photos, material usage, and service documentation Keep assigned service vehicle, tools, and materials organized and properly stocked Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday Maintain a clean and professional work area in customers' homes and businesses Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements Provide a high level of customer service and represent Urban Design professionally Qualifications Previous plumbing service and repair experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and explaining repair options Ability to use tablets, smartphones, and service software for job documentation Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable, professional, and able to arrive to work and appointments on time Ability to lift and carry plumbing equipment and materials and work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas as needed Preferred Experience Experience with water heaters, tankless water heaters, gas piping, leak diagnosis, fixture replacement, drain service, pressure regulators, repiping, and residential service work is strongly preferred. Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
