In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local building codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from new construction to remodeling and system upgrades, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure proper installation and repairs Perform drain cleaning using appropriate tools and techniques to clear blockages efficiently Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites while adhering to all safety protocols Follow local building codes and regulations during all phases of plumbing work to ensure compliance Utilize welding skills when necessary for pipe repairs or modifications during remodeling projects Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance, repair, and installation techniques Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with local building codes and blueprint reading for accurate project execution Mechanical knowledge related to water systems and plumbing components Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Hands-on experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus Valid driver's license with experience operating a company vehicle in a safe manner Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-quality plumbing solutions while providing outstanding service!
