Service Plumber (Residential & Commercial)

Full-time 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Pay Range:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience)

The Role As a Service Plumber, you will serve as the face of the company. You will manage a diverse range of service calls, from routine maintenance and system upgrades to urgent plumbing emergencies. Your primary objective goes beyond technical repairs; you are there to provide expert solutions and peace of mind through exceptional service.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30

PM No On-Call:

Your evenings and weekends belong to you.

Focus:

Pure plumbing service (no restoration or mitigation work required).

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$30.00 to $50.00/hour + Commission. (Based on experience)

Equipment:

You will be provided a branded company van , all necessary tools, and specialized equipment.

Table Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of professional plumbing experience.

Service Excellence:

A friendly, approachable demeanor and a "customer-first" mindset.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level knowledge of general plumbing repairs, emergency troubleshooting, and water heater systems.

Clean Record:

Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate the company van.

Nicotine-Free:

Ability to adhere to our strictly nicotine-free policy while on duty and in company vehicles/client homes. Bonus Points (Highly Desired) While not required, we'd love to talk to you if you have experience in: ServiceTitan software (for dispatching and invoicing).
