In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize advanced tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or upgrading existing systems Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during each interaction Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Hands-on experience with construction plumbing, remodeling projects, and site management Skilled in using plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading tools, welding equipment, and hand/power tools Knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and mechanical systems Familiarity with water systems maintenance, drain cleaning techniques, and plumbing system troubleshooting Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles safely in construction sites or on job locations Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Demonstrated ability to lift heavy materials safely during installations or repairs Handyman experience or general remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Join us if you're eager to apply your construction plumbing expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
