Job Summary Experienced Service Plumber - Full Time C.O. Plumbing - Salinas, CA C.O. Plumbing is looking for a reliable, experienced plumber to join our growing team. We service residential and commercial customers throughout Salinas and Monterey County and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently handle service calls and plumbing repairs. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues Drain cleaning and sewer stoppages Water heater and tankless water heater installation and repair Water, sewer, and gas line repairs Fixture, toilet, faucet, and valve replacements Sewer camera inspections Repiping and general plumbing repairs Maintain a clean and professional work area Communicate clearly with customers and the office Complete job notes, photos, and documentation Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle Requirements Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience Valid California driver's license Clean and professional appearance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Able to work independently when needed Reliable and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in crawl spaces, under homes, and outdoors Ability to lift and carry plumbing materials and equipment What We Provide Full-time work Company service van Company tools and equipment Opportunity to work on a variety of plumbing projects Opportunities to grow with the company Professional and team-oriented work environment We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and takes pride in doing quality work.
