This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage installations efficiently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Plumbing Install Lead will oversee residential plumbing installations, support team members, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Availability for full shifts and overtime is required. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform residential plumbing installations from start to finish Cut, assemble, and install piping and tubing while working safely around existing infrastructure (electrical, framing, etc.) Utilize a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) Ensure installations are completed to code and company quality standards Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers regarding work performed and recommendations Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Support and collaborate with team members across departments as needed Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 3 year's experience in Residential Plumbing Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Ability to follow oral and written instructions Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support all areas of the business Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties Benefits Positive, team-focused work environment with 70+ years in business Competitive pay and great work environment

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
