The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, and maintenance, This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining water systems, drainage, and plumbing fixtures while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates should possess excellent mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with various tools, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential,and commercial, settings. Operate power tools, hand tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and other specialized machinery. Conduct drain cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all work activities. Use welding skills where necessary for pipe fabrication or repairs. Assist in remodeling projects by installing new fixtures or upgrading existing systems. Operate company vehicles responsibly for job site transportation. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently. Keep work areas clean and organized throughout each project. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, or commercial plumbing. Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, and installation procedures. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras. Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards. Experience with water systems installation and repair. Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of plumbing components and systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills for client interactions. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles preferred. Construction site experience is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects. Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
