Job Description

We are seeking a Process Plumbing Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wet process semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial plumbing, process piping, or high-purity systems and is comfortable working with materials such as PVC, PVDF, and stainless steel. Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and route process piping for wet bench stations and chemical delivery systems. Connect chemical, DI water, drain, and process lines. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and P&IDs. Cut, fit, thread, join, and test various types of piping and fittings. Perform leak checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Document installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams during equipment installation and startup. Follow all safety, quality, cleanroom, and chemical-handling procedures. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in plumbing, process piping, industrial maintenance, or equipment installation. Experience working with PVC, PVDF, stainless steel, or similar piping materials. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing and process piping systems. Ability to read P&IDs, technical drawings, and schematics. Strong mechanical skills and experience using hand/power tools. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy equipment. Willingness to work safely around chemicals and in cleanroom environments.

From $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
