We help property managers and owners resolve issues with water, sewer, and gas systems while also delivering high-quality residential services. Our work includes water heater replacements (tank and tankless), water re-pipes, drain and sewer repairs, trenchless sewer lateral replacements, gas line installations and repairs, backflow replacements, faucet and shower valve replacements, and more. Technicians are responsible for performing or assisting with a wide range of services, including: Water heater replacements Tankless water heater installations Water re-pipes Water leak repairs and leak detection Water service replacements (main lines) Drain cleaning and drain repairs Trenchless sewer lateral replacements Traditional sewer lateral replacements Clean-out installations Gas re-pipes and gas leak repairs Earthquake gas shut-off valve installations Diagnosing plumbing issues Recommending and selling necessary repairs Benefits Hourly Pay Overtime Sales Incentive Health insurance (available) Paid time off and sick days Company truck and company credit card Fully paperless operations (dispatching and job management through a mobile app) Consistent monthly schedule Direct deposit Requirements Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience Valid driver's license Own hand tools Ability to pass a background check
