Gladiator Repipe is a Bay Area repipe and plumbing company with a tight-knit team of 20 and over 30,000 homes served since 2014. We're growing — and we want people who want to grow with us. The Role This position covers both service and sales. You'll be dispatched to residential appointments — repairs, diagnostics, water heaters, sewer and drain issues — and also run free estimate appointments for larger projects like whole-home repiping and sewer replacement. You assess, price, and close. You're supported along the way. Your first two weeks are structured ride-alongs before you go solo. After that, as you build confidence, you build autonomy. This role is designed for someone who eventually wants to run their own book of work.

Commission:

5% on all sold jobs over $1,000. Compensation & Benefits Base:
