Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous experience in Service and New Construction Plumbing. This role involves working on various plumbing projects, including residential and commercial installations, repairs, re-models, drain clearing and maintenance. The plumber will be responsible for selling and installing multiple jobs a month. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely while adhering to local codes and regulations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform welding tasks as necessary for pipe fitting and installation. Use Service Titan for estimates, photos, invoicing, dispatching and arriving. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Adhere to all safety protocols while working in various settings. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes. Proven experience of sales and service titan Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively. Valid drivers license. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
