What You'll Do:
Diagnose residential sewer and drain issues and present permanent, high-value solutions Use camera inspection equipment to visually guide homeowners through the problem Accurately locate and map sewer lines using advanced sonar equipment Collaborate with drain technicians, dispatch and install coordinator to fully execute installation projects Prepare detailed job scope, photos, and notes to ensure smooth project execution Price jobs with a strong understanding of labor, materials, permits, and profitability Keep install crews busy by consistently generating quality project opportunities Educate homeowners on financing options to help them move forward Build referral opportunities and generate additional business proactively Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach alwaysWhat We're Looking For:
Proven success in one-call close, in-home sales (drain/sewer experience preferred) Ability to clearly explain complex sewer issues in a way homeowners understand Comfortable using iPhone/iPad and inspection technology Strong communication, rapport-building, and closing skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive mindset Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPhysical Demands:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100k- 180K the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
