Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled service Plumber Technician with minimum five years experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, waste, and vent systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and augers. Follow all local building codes and safety regulations during project execution while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship. Skills Construction experience with a strong understanding of construction plumbing and remodeling projects. Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques. Knowledge of water systems, heavy lifting procedures, and plumbing inspection cameras. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components such as valves, pumps, fixtures, and piping materials. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and company vehicles responsibly. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects. Hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems as well as residential plumbing installations. Strong construction site experience including site safety practices and teamwork skills. Handyman experience or background in remodeling adds value by demonstrating versatility in handling various tasks.
