ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Facility Service Technician - Level 1, you'll travel to client sites, primarily convenience stores and restaurants to perform hands-on construction, renovation, and maintenance work across a wide range of trade disciplines. No two days look exactly alike: you'll tackle everything from demolition and concrete finishing to electrical, plumbing, and specialty wall finishes. You'll be a trusted field professional representing Pacific View Construction's commitment to quality and professionalism at every client location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform demolition and general construction tasks at client locations
  • Complete basic electrical and plumbing work as needed per project scope
  • Concrete, Fencing (Chain Link & Wrought Iron), Masonry repairs
  • Floor and Wall Finishes (Ceramic Tile, Drywall, FRP, and T-Bar repairs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally to travel between job sites
  • Communicate progress and issues clearly with the project lead or site supervisor
  • Represent Pacific View Construction professionally at all client locations
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
  • Demonstrated background in demolition, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Clean DMV record (required for company vehicle use)
  • Own set of hand tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed

  • Prior construction experience in convenience store or restaurant environments
  • Experience working with Electrical and Plumbing

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior-level field technician role for someone with deep, multi-trade construction experience and the ability to execute job site tasks independently and lead others when the moment calls for it. You'll work across convenience store and restaurant construction projects that demand precision, professionalism, and versatility. From structural to finish work, you set the standard on every site you walk onto.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and execute demolition, framing, and construction tasks across multiple trades
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, and concrete work at a journeyman or advanced level
  • Concrete, Fencing (Chain Link & Wrought Iron), Masonry repairs
  • Floor and Wall Finishes (Ceramic Tile, Drywall, FRP, and T-Bar repairs
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Manage job site quality and safety standards throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with project managers and client contacts on-site
  • Drive company vehicles safely to and from client locations across service areas
  • Mentor and guide Level 1 Technicians when working in a team setting
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of hands-on, multi-trade construction experience
  • Proven experience with demolition, electrical, plumbing, concrete, Concrete, Fencing (Chain Link & Wrought Iron), Masonry repairs
  • Expertise in FRP installation, T-bar ceiling systems, and painting/finish work
  • A positive, can-do attitude and high professional standards
  • Clean DMV record (required for company vehicle use)
  • Own set of power tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as required
WHAT YOU BRING
PREFERRED
(NICE TO HAVE)
  • Prior construction experience in convenience store or restaurant environments
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience managing or leading small crews or subcontractors
