POSITION SUMMARY DEMA
Services is seeking motivated and experienced plumbing professionals to join our growing Commercial Plumbing team. We are hiring at all experience levels, from Apprentice Plumbers entering the trade to Journeyman, Foreman, and Master Plumbers with extensive commercial construction experience. This position supports a variety of commercial construction projects including office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, retail centers, warehouses, hospitality projects, and mixed-use developments throughout Colorado. Team members will install, maintain, and oversee plumbing systems while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, project schedules, and customer expectations are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Apprentice & Commercial Plumbers Assist with installation of plumbing systems on commercial construction projects. Learn and perform underground, rough-in, top-out, trim, and final installation phases. Install piping systems including domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, storm drainage, and natural gas systems. Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Work alongside experienced plumbers and foremen to develop trade skills. Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and project support activities. Journeyman, Lead, Foreman & Master Plumbers Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects. Coordinate daily operations with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and subcontractors. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, isometric drawings, and construction documents. Install and oversee domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, storm, natural gas, and specialty piping systems. Manage manpower, production schedules, and project milestones. Train and mentor apprentices and field personnel. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes. Order and track materials, tools, and equipment. Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Enforce all company safety standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in commercial plumbing construction. Experience with undergrounds, rough-ins, top-outs, trim, and final installations. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Experience installing cast iron, copper, PEX, PVC, CPVC, steel, and specialty piping systems. Leadership experience preferred for Lead, Foreman, and Master-level positions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
EDUCATION & LICENSING
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Trade School or Plumbing Certification preferred. Apprentice Registration, Journeyman License, or Master Plumber License welcomed and encouraged. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Backflow Certification is a plus. We welcome candidates at all stages of their plumbing careers.
COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and digital applications. Microsoft Outlook and email communication experience preferred. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, or similar construction software is a plus for leadership roles. Ability to utilize electronic devices for project documentation, timekeeping, and communication.
