What You'll Be Doing:

Hands-On Training:

Work side-by-side with a licensed journeyman or master plumber, learning to diagnose and resolve commercial plumbing issues.

Field Support:

Assist technicians across different job types — drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, sewer camera inspections, and fixture repair/replacement.

Skill Building:

Learn to install and repair commercial fixtures (toilets, urinals, flushometers, faucets, and water heaters).

Documentation:

Create clear scope-of-work documents and work orders using a company phone.

The Schedule:

Full-time Monday-Friday. Apprentices are not part of the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation until qualified.

What We Need From You:

Experience:

None required — we'll train you. Prior helper, labor, or trade-adjacent experience is a plus but not required.

Attitude:

Coachable, reliable, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in the trades.

Licensing:

No license required to start — we'll handle your registration as an apprentice once hired.

Driver's License:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate our company vehicles.
