Responsibilities Knowledge to complete a plumbing/heating job without assistance Creating AMAZING customer service (smiles and hugs!) our field techs are the linchpins for the continued growth of our business and that all begins with amazing hospitality and service Onsite leader with high skillset for residential service calls & installs Ability to work with and mentor an apprentice Handle anything from simple repairs to major overhauls Skill Requirements
