Performance is expected. Craftsmanship is remembered. Inducon Plumbing & Hydronics is looking for one highly skilled plumber to join our team. We specialize in high-end custom residential plumbing, hydronic heating systems, boiler/mechanical rooms, remodels and select commercial projects throughout Northern Colorado. We're not looking to simply fill another truck. We're looking for someone who takes pride in the trade, can lead projects and people, and still appreciates stepping back at the end of the day to look at a clean, well-planned installation.

COMPENSATION

$32

•55/hour ($66,560

•114,400/year) depending on experience, licensing and qualifications.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Colorado Master Plumber preferred; experienced Journeyman plumbers with strong leadership skills will also be considered Strong new-construction and/or high-end residential plumbing experience Ability to read plans, lay out work and think several steps ahead Foreman, crew-lead or project-management experience Professional communication with builders, homeowners, inspectors and other trades Hydronic heating and boiler experience is highly valued Someone who takes ownership of their work and believes craftsmanship still matters
