Job Description

Essential Functions Install new plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to blueprints and plumbing and building codes. Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems. Assess work sites to determine the best method and materials for an installation or repair, including making access through walls or floors. Collaborate with general contractors and other trade professionals during construction. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on systems carrying water, gas, and other fluids. Inspect systems to identify malfunctions and potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and hydronics. Knowledge of building and plumbing codes and regulations. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Attention to detail. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Licenses Active Colorado Journeyworker Plumber License. Valid Colorado Driver's License with safe driving record. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling fifty (50) or more pounds. Working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces, locations of height, and varying weather conditions.

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
