Residential Service Plumber | No On-Call • Unlimited PTO • Uncapped Pay Westminster, CO | $75,000 to $150,000+ per year | Full-time Most plumbing jobs ask you to trade your nights and weekends for a shot at good money. This one doesn't. Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring experienced residential service plumbers in Westminster. You run 3 to 4 dispatched calls a day, earn commission on everything you sell, and go home when the day is done. If you're already the top producer on a pay plan that caps out, this is the seat where that stops being a problem. Three things that make this different No on-call. We hire on skill and results. 2+ years running residential service calls on your own Numbers you can speak to: average ticket, close rate, membership conversion Valid driver's license and a clean driving record The conviction that presenting the right solution is how you serve a homeowner, not something to apologize for Who does well here Competitive people who don't want to be average.
