Job Description
MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CT!
P2 or P1- JOURNEYMAN
OR MASTER PLUMBING LICENSE
$$SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO
$2KBASED ON EXPERIENCE
$$ Alternative schedules available, along withMonday-Friday:
Four 10 hour shifts a week Tuesday- Saturday Wednesday
- Sunday 11am
- 8pm, 12pm
- 9pm Nights & Weekends, etc.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
- System Inspections & Testing
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers
- Customer Interaction
- Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes
- Code Compliance
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes
- Cost Estimates & Service Calls
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
- Record Keeping
- Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately
- Safety Compliance
- Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach Qualifications Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role
- Certifications
- Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
- Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures
- Service Software
- Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
- Communication Skills
- Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
- Customer-Focused
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Driver's License
