Four 10 hour shifts a week Tuesday
  • Saturday Wednesday
  • Sunday 11am
  • 8pm, 12pm

If you're ready to take the next step in your plumbing career, this is the opportunity for you! Job Responsibilities Plumbing System Installation & Repairs
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
  • System Inspections & Testing
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
  • Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers
  • Customer Interaction
  • Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes
  • Code Compliance
  • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes
  • Cost Estimates & Service Calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
  • Record Keeping
  • Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately
  • Safety Compliance
  • Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach Qualifications Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role
  • Certifications
  • Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures
  • Service Software
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
  • Communication Skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
  • Customer-Focused
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Driver's License
