Commercial & Multifamily Position Overview Our team is seeking skilled Licensed Connecticut Plumbers to support our ongoing operations in the Hartford region. We maintain a consistent pipeline of commercial and multifamily assignments, featuring a major apartment complex development in Greater Hartford as well as various sites across Southeastern Connecticut and Massachusetts. Core Duties Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing infrastructure within commercial and multifamily settings. Carry out finish plumbing, trim-outs, and rough-ins. Set up various equipment including water heaters, valves, fixtures, and piping systems. Analyze plumbing schematics and blueprints to guide project execution. Identify and resolve complex plumbing malfunctions. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all Connecticut plumbing regulations. Collaborate effectively with project managers, foremen, and other construction professionals. Professional Qualifications Possession of a current Connecticut Plumbing License. Proven background in multifamily or commercial plumbing environments. Comprehensive understanding of installation techniques, plumbing materials, and system mechanics.
