Specific Responsibilities:
Install geothermal, hydronic, radiant heating systems, hot water heaters, gas piping Set up boilers, hot water heaters, and gas piping. Troubleshoot. Work with copper, PEX, iron, and other materials. Use tools like soldering, ProPress, and fusion welding. Read blueprints and create materials lists. Balance water systems and check for issues. Ensure work meets building codes. Help with project updates and work orders. Support the project team and report any issues. Perform other related tasks as needed.

High School Diploma Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Knowledge of normal safety practices pertaining to the trade. Exceptional customer service skills Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, flexible and team player Good communication skills; written and verbal Positive attitude with good organizational skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Minimum 10 years of experience Eligibility Requirements Valid drivers license. OSHA 10 or 30 S or P license CT trade license Employment/education will be verified. Physical Requirements Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions. Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces. Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders. Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach. Able to walk on uneven surfaces. Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights. Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
