Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination across construction sites, residential and commercial projects, and maintenance operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage plumbing, wastewater management, and kitchen exhaust cleaning teams, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality workmanship; Oversee the interpretation of construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install or repair systems; Conduct detailed construction estimating for projects, including material take-offs and labor costs to support project budgeting; Ensure all work complies with local building codes, building codes, and construction regulatory standards; and Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver excellent customer service while managing project timelines and budgets. Skills Master Plumber experience; Strong understanding of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and industry standards; Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and mechanical tools; Excellent team supervision skills with a track record of managing plumbing crews effectively; Proficient in building code analysis to ensure compliance throughout all phases of construction or maintenance work; Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members; Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems including wastewater systems and HVAC integration; Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues during system maintenance or repairs; Experience in managing construction regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions; Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics for installation or repair projects; Basic math skills for estimating materials quantities and calculating project costs accurately; Carpentry skills beneficial for remodeling or integrated construction tasks involving plumbing components; and Experience with heavy lifting techniques safely handling pipes or equipment on-site.
