Job Description

Location:
We are currently hiring for multiple locations, including: Seaford, DE; Salisbury, MD; Bear, DE; and Easton, MD.
Schedule:
The position may include a variety of scheduling options based on business needs. Such as, Monday through Friday late shift from 4:00 p.m.•12:00 a.m. midnight. A weekend shift of 8:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. may also be available. While these schedules may be preferred based on business needs, they are not mandatory, as other scheduling options may be available.
Pay:
$25.00•$40.00 hourly plus bonuses

What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential Plumbing systems Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and answering questions Accurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendations Work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial Plumbing experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficient in reading schematics Ability to work in confined spaces Great communication skills to establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business Goal-oriented Energetic, positive, and self-motivated Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
