What You'll Do As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose plumbing problems, provide solutions, complete high-quality repairs, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues Perform service, repairs, replacements, and plumbing upgrades Clearly explain findings and available solutions to homeowners Provide customers with repair and replacement options Deliver high-quality workmanship on every call Build trust and strong relationships with customers Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and work area Complete accurate job documentation Follow company safety and quality standards Treat every customer's home with care and respect Represent Done Right Today professionally in the field What We're Looking For We're looking for experienced plumbers who are confident technically and comfortable communicating with homeowners.

Our ideal candidate has:

3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred Residential service experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience working directly with homeowners Experience with flat-rate pricing or a price book preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to clearly explain repair and replacement options Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic Ability to work independently in the field Team-first attitude Desire to continue learning and growing You don't need to know everything.
