Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring dependable Plumber Helpers for commercial new-construction projects in the area. This role involves assisting licensed plumbers with various tasks related to plumbing installation and maintenance on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, and capable of working full-time in a fast-paced environment. No extensive experience is required, but a willingness to follow instructions and develop plumbing skills is essential. Duties Assist licensed plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial construction sites Carry and organize basic hand tools needed for plumbing tasks Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced plumbers to complete assigned tasks accurately Help with measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes and fixtures as directed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures Learn proper techniques for plumbing installation and troubleshooting through on-the-job training Qualifications Some plumbing or construction experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation to job sites in the area Basic hand tools are a plus Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Dependable with a strong attendance record and punctuality Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a physically active role This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the plumbing trade while contributing to commercial construction projects.
